Things to remember

Bookings are for either 55 or 25 mins to allow you enough time to secure your dog(s) and exit the field & carpark. NOTE: Bookings start on the hour/half past so its very important to leave promptly before the next visitor arrives.

What to do with dog waste?

Dog waste must be cleaned up. The field is opened up to livestock at certain points in the year, dog waste can be very harmful to livestock so please bag it up and take it home with you. We have provided spare waste bags just in case.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! Cancellations can be made at least 24 hours before your timeslot. Please use the cancellation link within your confirmation email. NOTE: Cancellations with less than 24 hours will not receive a refund. If cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions, we can offer an alterative timeslot.

What if we encounter a problem while using the field?
